We have uploaded the IM schedule into the calendar on the right. All sports are held on the IM fields (buses can be found at Payne Whitney Gym) with the exception of Table Tennis which is in the gym.

Sudler Fund Application

SUDLER FUND FOR THE PERFORMING AND CREATIVE ARTS IN THE RESIDENTIAL COLLEGES

Undergraduates should meet with their Masters to discuss proposals for the Fall Term 2009

Deadline: Noon on Wednesday, September 16!

Submit eight copies of your proposal to your Master’s Office. Proposals must include a completed “Sudler Funding Proposal Application” and a brief description of the proposed project.

Pottery studio open on Wednesdays

Calling all Potters! The Pottery Studio will open tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from 7-9 pm. Anyone interested in lessons, or continuing potters, please feel free to stop by — the studio will be open 7-9 every Wednesday and is located in the basement adjacent to the Buttery!

Yoona Kang, Branford Graduate Affiliate, will be your instructor.

Branford goes paperless!

Branford is converting all of our forms and documents into electronic copies. For now, we’ve uploaded the Room Request form — simply check out the day you’re looking to reserve on the calendar, and you can see all the reservations in the 5 rooms (Kitchen, Common Room, Dance Studio, Trumbull Room, and Mendell Room). If you see a reservation in your time slot, check the event details to see if it’s in your room.

If not, just fill out the form online and you’ll hear back from the Master’s Aides shortly. BFA!!

Yale Art Gallery opportunity

Welcome home Branfordians! We hope move-in and picking classes is a fun and engaging process and as always, we are here to help in any way possible so please feel free to reach out if you need anything.

We’ve recently gotten a lot of inquiries about sending mail to yourself — please follow Yale’s mail and package procedure to ensure speedy delivery.

For Parents and Students seeking the Master and Dean inside the college, both of their offices are located in J13 in the middle courtyard.
